Store preparation notice: GB Threads is developing its online store. Delivery charges, return and cancellation timelines, and payment providers are being finalized. Any applicable terms will be shown before you confirm an order. This page will be updated before commercial launch.
Available payment methods
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a planned ordering option for eligible locations. Digital or card payments will appear only after a verified payment provider has been configured and enabled in checkout. The methods and availability displayed at checkout take priority.
Payment safety
We do not publish an unverified bank account, card collection form or personal mobile-wallet number for GB Threads. Please do not transfer money to any individual claiming to represent us without confirming through our official contacts. Never provide a card PIN, password, full card number or OTP to support staff by chat.
Order confirmation
If an order is successfully submitted through the store, you should receive the confirmation made available by Shopify and any enabled messaging service. Keep the order number for support and tracking. An order acknowledgement does not itself prove that a payment was captured or that a shipment has been dispatched.
Payment verification
If you have a genuine payment concern, contact our team with your order number and non-sensitive payment reference. We will verify the order in the store system and, when applicable, with the payment service provider.
Shipping arrangements
Our planned couriers are M&P and TCS. Charges and available options depend on the actual checkout configuration, shipment details and courier coverage.
