Delivery across Pakistan
GB Threads is a Lahore-based online clothing brand under Grand Bazar Enterprises. We plan to dispatch eligible orders throughout Pakistan using M&P (MNP) and TCS, depending on service coverage and the shipment.
Delivery charges and timing
Shipping costs are calculated from the destination, product quantity, total packed weight, and the applicable courier service. Confirmed rates and any free-delivery promotion will be displayed during checkout once shipping configuration is finalized. Dispatch and arrival estimates are not guaranteed until the relevant order is accepted.
Order tracking
When a shipment is booked, we intend to provide the courier name and tracking reference through an available order notification channel. You can also contact our team for an update. See Track Order.
Delivery issues
Please check that your mobile number and address are accurate. If a package arrives visibly damaged, contains a wrong item, or appears incomplete, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs, if possible.
Returns and exchanges
Requests are reviewed according to the Return & Refund Policy. Return eligibility, deadlines, return shipping responsibilities, and exchange stock will be communicated in the final approved policy; they are not guaranteed by this preliminary information page.
