Manufacturer material development targets
- 100% Polyester outer shell, 100% Polyester lining and Polyester wadding fill.
- Target shell approx. 60–80 g/m² and target wadding 100–140 g/m²; different from finished vest weight.
- Insulation, zipper and stitching quality must be confirmed on the actual sample. Approved minimal exterior remains without a visible logo and without piping.
